Empowering Parents to...

LET GO OF THE UNCHANGEABLE PAST,

be present with the ebbs and flows of today,

AND ACCEPT AN UNPREDICTABLE FUTURE.

Welcome! We are glad you’re here…

The number of teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, and addiction has increased dramatically over the past several years.  The road toward recovery for them is rarely straight and often includes closures, crossroads, and profound hardship.  For parents, the road can feel overwhelming, draining, and lonely.

Jamie Blume - Along Their Way
Jamie Blume, Founder
Along Their Way

All of us at Along Their Way are dedicated to helping parents navigate their way down, around, and through the circuitous path associated with a teen or young adult in crisis. Jamie, founder of Along Their Way, brings many years of experience as a trained parent mentor and holistic wellness coach, as well as a mom of a struggling teen.

Jamie creates nuturing relationships with her clients and offers them a safe space to share their stories and feel their ever-changing emotions.  Her proven approach to mentoring, coaching, and creating community guides clients along the path of care best suited for them and their situation.  Her compassion and insight allows her clients to more effectively nuture their teen or young adult and also increase their own self-care, self-awareness, and self-compassion.  She will meet you where you are, walk with you through your journey, sit with you in your moment, and guide you along your way.
