Holistic Wellness Coaching
Taking care of a struggling teen or young adult, along with your other responsibilities, can take its toll on your body and spirit. Managing stress, finding balance, and replenishing energy are vital for your health and well-being and essential for your ability to continue the level of support needed to care for your teen, your family, and yourself.
WHAT IT IS
Holistic Wellness Coaching focuses on the whole YOU – your mind, your body, and your spirit. To be well, and to feel well, it is important that all three parts are nourished. Along Their Way believes that relationships, career, spirituality and exercise are equally as important to your health as the foods you eat. Jamie coaches to the whole you to ignite power and self-love from within. Her seminars and sessions will focus on you, the parent. Why? Because Jamie understands that by feeding the neglected parts of your being, you will have more strength and optimism, you will feel increasingly more centered and free, and you will ultimately live a more joyful life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Jamie will work with you to assess areas of your physical, emotional, and spiritual life. Together you will develop an individualized wellness program. Each program may include:
- weekly, 1-hour sessions in person, over skype, or on the phone
- email and/or text support between sessions
- informative support materials
- healthy recipes
- fitness tips
- guided meditations
- coaching, accountability, and inspiration to support the whole YOU
HOW IT WORKS
Holistic wellness coaching begins with a 30-minute complimentary session where we can get to know each other and decide the best path forward. Along Their Way offers 10-hour, 15-hour, and 20-hour packages that can be held in person (Denver, Colorado), over Skype, or by phone. All packages include a 10-minute recorded guided mindful meditation.
